Reconcept EPA Portfolio is specifically designed for workplace learning, making it easy and fast for trainees to collect both informal feedback and formal assessments. All formative and summative assessment instruments from the medical curriculum, such as Workplace-Based Assessments, summative EPA evaluations, 360-degree feedback, Objective Structured Clinical Exams (OSCEs), are available directly in the portfolio.

Requesting feedback is simple: trainees just select the appropriate instrument, fill in the pre-formatted fields, and submit the request. The trainer is notified automatically, and once the feedback is reviewed, the results are instantly visible in the trainee’s portfolio.

Feedback can also be given on the spot by entering the trainer’s unique PIN on the trainee’s device, offering a flexible and convenient way to manage assessments and support continuous learning in the workplace.

A major advantage is that a workplace- based assessment in Reconcept EPA Portfolio can be relevant for multiple EPAs or even cross-disciplinary skills.
