The Role
To serve our users as effectively as possible, we are looking for a student who, as a part-time team member, will be responsible for handling support requests, among other tasks. You will help users find their way around the application. In addition, you will propose internal improvements to the platform based on the questions and feedback you receive.
You will work weekday shifts of 3 hours as part of our team, interacting directly with doctors and nurses in training and their supervisors. Alongside these responsibilities, there are also opportunities to contribute ideas from your field of study to our products and strategy — for example, by assisting with market research.
Who We’re Looking For
You have:
- An interest in (healthcare) innovation and/or (medical) education
- Digital skills or a willingness to develop them
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Good self-organizational skills
- An eye for improvements and the confidence to share your ideas
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
